Celebration of Belated White Lotus Day
To commemorate the death of one of the founders of the TS, Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (HPB), 2-3 members will share their thoughts on her service and contribution to the world, with possibly some short readings from two of her favourite books, Light of Asia by Edwin Arnold and Bhagavad Gīta.

Even though the Wesak Festival is officially scheduled for the following day, Gordon Herbert will facilitate a half-hour silent meditation to tap into this auspicious occasion and invoke the energies of Wesak.

Celebration of Wesak Festival
To commemorate the birth, enlightenment and death of the Buddha, 2-3 members will share their thoughts on Wesak and the importance of the festival (often called the Festival of the Buddha), which is celebrated around the world each year when the sun is in Taurus and the moon is in its full phase.
